Cannot recommend Service Drive highly enough! Their customer service far exceeds anything I’ve ever experienced at an auto shop (and beyond!) and they have easily become my go-to spot for all auto needs! From simple oil changes to full brake jobs, Steve and his team make it a smooth process from start to finish and prices are very affordable.

I took my Nissan car to the dealership who sold me my car for my annual state inspection as I have done since buying the car. The inspection was passed with no problems,but I was told that I needed a new front lower ball joint. I've been driving a long time, and we had a car that needed a ball joint replaced and I remember the feel of driving with a bad ball joint. When I called with my urgent tire issue. They were very compassionate and understand. They worked with me in such a great way, and did an amazing job fixing my broken value on my tire. I'm very pleased with Service Drives work, and customer service. I'm very big on businesses having a great customer service mannerism, and they had just that. I go through service drive because I have my car through Easy Loan auto and they go through them for repairs. I definitely feel the amount they charged me for the parts and labor were a little excessive considering when we got the vehicle there were issues with it from the get go. We did void our warranty because we kept having to pay a 500 deductible each time when something came about. My muffler was rotted to the core and we didn't have another 500 at the time to pay so we tried fixing it and it didn't work so when we finally got the money we ended up paying almost 5000 to dollars for the repairs needed on the truck.
