Terrible! Eric the owner turned me away. I needed alot of work done on my vehicle 1 of witch was my breakes that were getting down to grinding metal. Eric and Universal Auto are fantastic to work with. If you own a European this is the place to go. Eric is by far the easiest and most transparent mechanic I’ve gone to.
