Mark took care of me and really made my day easier after dealing with some frustrating tire issues. I came in, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. He explained everything clearly and in detail. Mark is the best—thank you for the excellent service!

Short version: Took car in for inspection. They recommended a $670 repair for a parking brake that functioned perfectly well. I declined the repair and took it to my regular shop three days later. The car passed with one burned out bulb being the only problem. I feel like this place is all about the upsell. Would not recommend.

Pretty good experience. It’s not fun hearing your car needs X,Y and Z done but I noticed on the counter was an advertisement for “pay tomorrow”. I applied and got approved for 1,300 which would take care of some of the costs. I scheduled to come in the following morning and got in right at 9:30 and was done at 2:30. Car feels amazing.
