Very high quality work. My car looks fantastic. The front office was also a pleasure to work with and the work was done in a timely manner.

My Wife's car was damage by a deer. Driver side doors, fender and the front bumper and headlight were all damaged. I decided on Transit Collision. They did a great job! This car when I picked it up looked like it came off the showroom floor! Color is a perfect match and has an even texture smooth gloss finish. All the body lines are straight and uniform. This shop knows what their doing. I recommend Transit Collision for their professional work. They were also very helpful with managing the claim with my insurance company.

Called and asked if they could possibly do a small collision job on my vehicle (under $1000), they gave me a date for Tuesday January 17 (2 weeks from my call). They wanted my car there at 9 AM. However, I explained I had some appointments I had in the morning, I could bring it around 1, they said that’s good. Dropped off the car, she said they would call me. Later I called them because I did not get a timeframe on when it would be done. I ask them when they will fix it, she told me they’re going to look at it on Friday. (3 days from now?) They said they will send it to the insurance, and eventually fix it. So for the next five days nothing will be happening to my car, and then it might be…

These guys were great! I went in to explain my issue and let them know about the insurance claim and they handled the rest. I dropped my car off and they had a rental car ready for me and had my car ready on the day they promised. It looks great. I’d definitely use Transit Collision again.

The manager Jen is awesome. Very professional on the phone with questions. Also they didn’t put aftermarket parts on my truck. All Chevy manufactured parts. Highly recommend this shop! -Jess D
